General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use

1. Definitions

• Client: any company or user accessing RocketFin services.
• Analysis: any scoring operation consuming a credit.
• Credit: unit allowing to launch an analysis.
• Beta Phase: period of free and non-binding access to RocketFin services until February 1, 2026.
• Trial Period: 30-day free trial period including 5 credits.
• Open banking: feature allowing to contact the scored company to obtain or update information.
• Data: any data provided by the Client or generated as part of the services.

2. Purpose of Services

RocketFin offers:

• a WebApp platform for financial scoring;
• an integration API;
• an analysis engine using public, private data and internal enrichments;
• an Open banking feature;
• exports, history, dashboards and alerts.

Services may evolve, be modified or discontinued, particularly during the Beta Phase.

3. Beta Phase

3.1 Free and Non-binding Access

Any registered Client benefits from completely free access, without commitment, until February 1, 2026.

During the Beta Phase, only the WebApp is available. The API and other technical integrations will be available at commercial launch.

3.2 Usage Limits

RocketFin may, at its sole discretion:

• cap analyses at 20 per month;
• limit, suspend or restrict excessive use;
• freeze an account if necessary to ensure service quality.

These limitations do not constitute a breach by RocketFin.

3.3 Experimental Nature

During the Beta Phase:

• services are provided "as is";
• without warranty of performance, accuracy, availability or reliability;
• results may contain errors or inaccuracies;
• the Client uses the services at their own risk.

3.4 Particular Limitation of Liability

RocketFin cannot be held responsible for:

• any decision made by the Client based on analyses;
• any indirect damage (loss of business, loss of opportunity, etc.);
• any interruption, suspension, error or modification of services.

3.5 Feedback

Users may be asked to provide weekly or bi-weekly feedback. Any user completing at least two feedbacks will receive two free months at commercial launch.

3.6 End of Beta Phase

From February 1, 2026:

• Clients are invited to subscribe to a paid plan at preferential rates;
• they can retrieve their analysis history;
• free access automatically ceases.

3.7 Image Usage Authorization

By registering for the Beta program, the Client expressly authorizes RocketFin to use:

• the company's trade name;
• the logo and associated graphic elements;
• any reference to their participation in the Beta program.

This authorization allows RocketFin to communicate about the Client's integration in the Beta program to:

• its commercial and institutional partners;
• its communication tools (website, social media, presentations, marketing materials);
• its investors and stakeholders.

This authorization is granted free of charge for the duration of the Beta program and may be revoked by the Client upon simple written request to hello@rocketfin.ai.

4. Trial Period (Post-Beta)

Each company benefits from a 30-day free trial period, including 5 credits.

4.1 Accumulation

If the Client subscribes to a paid plan before the end of the trial period:

• unused credits are automatically accumulated with those of the subscribed plan.

4.2 Suspension

Without subscription, access is automatically suspended at the end of the trial period.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

• Monthly or annual subscriptions, without commitment.
• Cancellation possible at any time before the next billing cycle.
• RocketFin may adjust rates with 30 days' notice.
• If the Client refuses a rate increase, they may cancel without fees.

No refund will be made for periods already billed.

6. Data, Open Banking and Prospecting

6.1 Data Provided by the Client

The Client guarantees:

• the legality of transmitted data;
• possession of necessary authorizations concerning third parties;
• accuracy of provided information.

6.2 Data in the Context of Open Banking

When requesting Open banking:

• company identifier (SIREN/SIRET or equivalent),
• first name and email of the company contact,

are provided by the Client to follow up with the company and improve analysis quality.

6.3 Data Retention

RocketFin may retain certain data for up to 5 years, when law or practice allows.

6.4 Internal Use

Data may be used for:

• model improvement;
• internal statistics;
• analysis quality;
• production of anonymized aggregated signals.

RocketFin may use aggregated, anonymized or pseudonymized data, without direct identification of a company or individual.

6.5 Prospecting

RocketFin may contact:

• scored companies,
• or contacts provided via Open banking,

to perform:

• verifications,
• follow-ups,
• GDPR-compliant commercial prospecting (data-led).

7. API and Technical Access

• Access via personal and non-transferable API key.
• RocketFin may limit, restrict or suspend abnormal usage.
• Target availability outside beta: 99.9% (excluding scheduled maintenance).
• During Beta Phase: no SLA applies.

8. General Limitation of Liability

RocketFin analyses are decision-making support tools. They do not constitute advice, professional opinion, or guarantee.

The Client remains responsible for their decisions.

RocketFin's maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client over the last 12 months. No indirect damages may be claimed.

9. Support

• Standard support: integrated chat or email.
• Premium support: phone or WhatsApp (depending on chosen plan).

10. Termination

The Client may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation terminates platform access. No refund is due.

11. Modifications to Terms

RocketFin may modify these Terms at any time. A 30-day notice applies to any pricing modification. The Client may cancel in case of refusal.

12. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by French law. The competent courts are those of Paris.
